We offer exceptional wound care, an on-staff respiratory therapist, a registered dietician, and on-site dermatology, psychology, psychiatry, and podiatry services.
LIFE ENRICHMENT
When it comes to Life Enrichment, we celebrate life every day including regular outings, host hobby clubs, hold annual Olympics events and resident art shows. We love to include our community in many of our events and work diligently to ensure our patients as well as our friends and families in our surrounding towns are a part of our fun!!
REHABILITATION
We offer in-house physical, occupational, speech, and restorative therapy. Our dedicated therapy team works with each of our patients providing therapy throughout the day based on our patients’ needs and tolerances to achieve their ultimate functional potentials.
SPIRITUALITY
Our Department of Spirituality, the only one of its kind, is an intervention across a wide spectrum of hope, a new healing quotient beyond the tradition of good care, administered jointly, interfaced with the clinical and therapy teams an actionable intervention in the care plan system.
EDEN ALTERNATIVE
Washington Rehabilitation and Nursing Center has completed Eden Alternative Milestone 2, and is working towards Milestone 3.
